Beckersurf.com protects its trademark and does not allow any trademark term bidding on any Search Engine or Paid Placement service or site. This includes but is not limited to Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask and other similar services.  Affiliates may not bid on branded terms (i.e. Beckersurf.com, Beckersurf, Becker Surfboards, etc) or any derivation or combination thereof. 

  • Affiliates may not outrank or outbid Beckersurf.com unless approved by Beckersurf.com.

  • Affiliates may not use the language “official site” in keyword descriptions.

  • You must not use http://www.Beckersurf.com or www.Beckersurf.com.com as your display URL.   At no time will direct linking to our home page be allowed, as this competes with our own brand search engine marketing. You MUST have a non-redirected page destination for Pay Per Click traffic to land on.

  • You may use trademarked terms in the Display URL of Paid Search Engines ONLY if they are displayed after the "slash" following a URL that you are the owner of.

  • You must ensure that all copy used for search and keyword purposes is appropriate and 100% accurate and does not contain any claims that could be construed to be false or misleading. None of the restricted words may be displayed in the Headline or Body of your advert. You agree that, following notice from Beckersurf.com, you will promptly remove any search listing containing copy and/or creative components that Beckersurf.com, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for any reason. 
  • Violators will be terminated immediately and commissions will be nullified.

Any combination of keywords used must include the negative search term “-beckersurf” to ensure that your ads do not display when our brand term is searched in combination with any allowed keywords.

For Example:
Keyword “board shorts” as a search term must include “-beckersurf” to ensure your ad does not display when consumers search for “beckersurf board shorts”
